For iOS Users
1. Open the JustFit app and go to the "My Plan" tab.
2. Tap the Edit button in the upper right corner of the page.
3. Select "Restart from Day 1".
4. Tap "Yes" in the confirmation prompt.
For Android Users
1. Open the JustFit app, ensure you are logged into the account you want to reset, and go to the "Progress" page.
2. Tap the Settings button in the upper right corner to enter the Settings page.
3. Scroll down and tap the "Delete Account" button. Note: This action will result in the loss of all data for the current account and cannot be reversed.
