1. Open the JustFit app and go to the "My Plan" page.
2. Tap the "Edit" button in the upper right corner of the page and select "Choose Another Plan".
3. On the All Plans page, select the new plan you want to switch to and tap the "Join" button.
4. Tap the "I'm Ready" button.
