If you paid on the web:
After your payment is successful, we send an email that details the plan you subscribed to and how to use it. Besides, the receipt we email also explains how to access your plan. In general, once payment is complete, you’ll be prompted to create a JustFit account, download the JustFit app, and log in. Then you can then find your plan in the app's Plan tab. -
If you paid in the app:
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your plan appears immediately in the app’s Plan tab.
