For Google Play Subscription Users:
1. Request a refund via an Android device:
- Visit the Google Play Refund Support page: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637?hl=en
- Follow the instructions to submit a refund request
- Once approved by Google, the refund will be processed within 72 hours
2. If the above method does not work, please provide the following information:
- The invoice sent to your email from Google Play
- The transaction ID (usually starts with "GPA")
Steps to get the transaction ID:
1. Open the Google Play Store
2. Click "Account" in the menu
3. Go to "Order History"
4. Find the subscription purchase record for our products
Important:
- We can only assist with the refund process if you provide the above details
- Without this information, we will not be able to process your refund request
